Award Day

The 'Award Day' event, organized by Awael schools at the end of the 2024-2025 academic year, allows students to redeem points earned throughout the year for their preferred gifts. Points are accumulated through class participation, answering questions, completing assignments, and engaging in academic activities. Conversely, points may be deducted for academic shortcomings. This system aims to cultivate key character traits such as responsibility, decision-making, and self-reliance among students. On Award Day, students feel accountable for their performance based on their points, either celebrating their efforts joyfully for earning numerous points or facing the consequences of having fewer points
